The perch fillets are tasty, but how should you portion them if you don't want to prepare half a kilo at once?
You can break the fish with difficulty and force over hard edges, but this destroys the whole fillets at the breaking points :o
(For me, this product is really synonymous with the current Migros - an uninnovative company that is no longer able to pick up its customers properly, despite all the friendliness AND efforts of the hard-working sales staff at the front).

The product is good, but it's a pity it comes from Russia, with what Russia is doing in Ukraine it's shameful for Migros to give them strength. Even though it's marked Estonian origin, it's clear from the initial photo that it's from Russia (after research, in particular the 24 heures investigation on the perch, it's indeed a Russian product, they've apparently played on the ambiguity of the promiscuity of the Russian and Estonian lakes to indicate an Estonian origin).
