The taste is still good, but when you buy normal slices you can unfortunately see a lot of "small stuff" underneath, shelf life too short - I hadn't paid attention to it - but I know the longer the shelf life, the better the taste
I'd rather have a pack of salmon pieces that are already cut, like Coop Superprix. That way we can make salmon rolls really quickly
