Change of supplier?
The packaging is harder to open (and poorly packaged: pieces of fish are stuck between the seams of the packaging), and the trout is a different color.
I usually buy this product, and the one I just bought in Préverenges is not good at all.
The taste is different, and it’s really too salty.
Good price-performance ratio. Fillets are often not the same size, but that doesn't bother me much in everyday life. Pro tip: You can see into the package from the back and assess the size of the fillets.

The trout fillets are lightly smoked and have a mild, delicate flavor. They are practically bone-free, except for a few small bones.
The price is reasonable for this quantity.
