Unfortunately, I've had several pieces that had a fishy smell when I opened the packaging, even though I wanted to prepare them straight after buying them. Fresh salmon shouldn't smell that bad!

Put in the freezer on delivery if you're not cooking it by the next day. Not always the same size/weight, which can vary by 100 grams, which is not easy when you want to make a meal with several guests. Otherwise very good
