The quality of the meat was spot on. The preparation, on the other hand, left something to be desired. Out of 2 packs (6 legs), only one was free of splinters and did not look as if it had been cut with a machete. For the other 5, pieces of ribcage, pieces of drumstick, a dreadful cut. Pity.
There was literally very little meat on the bone.

Compared to the whole organic chickens, rather modest quality. Surprisingly dry... I made them into a coq au vin and compared to the organic chickens I cut up myself, which I have often used for the same dish, the taste of these thighs was not really top. Too bad.
