Rather tough. It's a shame that there's hardly any Swiss chicken on sale and you have to import it from Germany or France.

Super-tender chicken meat that does not absorb water and has no streaks. The latter indicates poor animal husbandry or cheap meat. I don't understand where the bad reviews are coming from. This meat is absolutely top quality and the price is half that of Swiss organic chicken.
I've never had such a tough chicken breast in my life. Where are the good Swiss chicken breasts? Unfortunately, they are no longer available in my store.

Good quality and fresh taste - good portion size
Coarse-fibered, tasteless and watery.
Prepared as cordon bleu. I often cook this with Optigal chicken breast.
