Excellent organic chicken at a great price. Found it once in my usual store, but not since. Too bad, because I would buy this product every time if it were available.

Difficult to find organic Swiss cutlets, so good solution and decent quality.
Unattractive packaging that doesn't make you want to cook these slices, given the green color, which isn't great from my point of view. But a detail.
Rather tough. It's a shame that there's hardly any Swiss chicken on sale and you have to import it from Germany or France.

Super-tender chicken meat that does not absorb water and has no streaks. The latter indicates poor animal husbandry or cheap meat. I don't understand where the bad reviews are coming from. This meat is absolutely top quality and the price is half that of Swiss organic chicken.
I've never had such a tough chicken breast in my life. Where are the good Swiss chicken breasts? Unfortunately, they are no longer available in my store.
