Classic! But they seemed better in the old days. Less filling and more gelatin than before too.

Simply delicious! Too bad that there is no longer a 2-pack like before!

A little too dry and too salty.
I took off 2 stars for the pastry, which wasn't crisp, and the filling, which wasn't very generous. But it's still a good help when you don't have a butcher nearby.
The only really good pâté vaudois I can eat, but hard to find. They certainly go like patés in the oven!
