Strong, very aromatic salsiz. Naturally a little darker than normal salsiz due to the deer meat. Delicious with dark, hearty bread, whether for brunch or a snack. A very good change from "normal" salsiz now in autumn. We will also be using the venison salsiz for plain pigna in the fall!
