small snack for unexpected visits, with other meats and condiments
Great taste, skin comes off easily, grind is just right (not too much nor too little). Reasonable price. Nothing to envy similar Italian products.
Authentic salami taste. Stores well in the fridge.

The last purchases were not satisfactory. The salametti were too soft!
