It's a shame that I tried this salami so late, because it's by far the best salami you can buy in the various supermarkets! Funnily enough, I only like the Extrafino from Rapelli, not the other salami! Smells & tastes much better than Ci***, Ne*** etc. Great smell/taste, good ripening, finely sliced... Addendum: Unfortunately not always the same good quality....
