For a time, you sold this product as not smoky enough, and therefore much fatter. Furthermore, the genuine "Saucisse aux Choux Vaudoise" is a PGI, and I'm not sure that E331 and E250 are authorized in the "TRADITION" recipe. It seems to me that they should be banned from your products.
