Very sour, for us inedible sauce and unfortunately the meat was also really bad. Too bad about the money. - We bought this product because we tried the M Classic venison pepper with mushrooms last fall (albeit with the label "new recipe") and it was great.
Lots of meat in the product if you still chop it up
Is ok Sauce a little too thick - I have refined it with red wine + pepper You can also add spices (rosemary etc.) This goes well with e.g. potato pieces
