Too bad, last time the cookies were super tender. Today, with the same preparation, they were tough and fibrous. Cut too thick.
Not greasy and tender
Bought product on June 7, 25 in Brügg/Biel. Looking forward to a delicious lunch at Whitsun. Merciless disappointment, meat cut irregularly, fibrous and very tough (can't possibly be due to the preparation). The quality of the meat was that of a cow that had died of old age.
