very poor quality much too high price!!! The edge was surrounded by a tough tendon or something similar. In a real butcher's shop it has a thin layer of fat. I will no longer buy such meat products at Migros, I'd rather have a day or two a week without meat, but from a "proper" butcher's shop!

Absolutely heavenly tender and good. Dry aged is promised. It doesn't come out of the packaging quite as dry, but it still tastes delicious!
