Organic pasture beef, the good meat.
Good meat, but migros online says you get 250-350g per pack. We have 181g in one and 210g in the other. A bit of a shame to calculate a menu if the information is not correct.
Bought at a reduced price, was over date and needed to be seasoned well to cover up the aged flavor!
