Unfortunately, it often has a strange consistency. I recently took a "shredded" ball out of the package. The outer skin of the mozzarella is often very hard.

Usually good, taste never outstanding but the best you have. This time, however, it was very sour and when I took it out of the packaging, it looked dry. I consumed it two days after purchase.
