I started eating them again but I'm stopping again. Too fatty and quickly disgusting.
No taste and too dry.

I buy Gorgonzola 1-2 times a year. I also eat it with vegetables or soup, or with bread.

Good flavor, great price, but not very creamy, to add in recipes is however perfect: for example in gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnuts 😋
