Great expectation is really not bad but I tell you the salty was not comparable with a Gruyère...
With a glass of red wine at the end of the meal, this full-bodied cheese is perfect.
The additives are not justifiable.
Sensational product. Used to go to the Coop for the old Gouda. Not any more.
Nitrite and colorant. That doesn't have to be the case.
The cheese is great, but when weighing it out you should make sure that it fits and is not almost 10% less.
It would be nice if the cheese came back into the store range (SZ)
