Very good Grana. Not to be confused with Parmiggiano Reggiano ;-) It should not be called Parmesan. It is Grana Padano. Parmesan is a made-up name. Parmiggiano reggiano or Grana Padano. It's like calling it raclette, racletto. The same thing.
