Always handy for the grating machine. It also goes bad much less quickly than the one that has already been grated.
Lacks a little taste
Super fine taste - salad - just the way I like it. Because I take it out of the frigo 30 - 60 minutes before use, I have to be careful not to break it when grating.
Certainly not the best, but ok.
Easy to grate, aftertaste is too sour for me personally.
