We bought this fondue in Sissach today. This fondue was a huge lump, it couldn't be stirred to a creamy consistency when boiled, not even with white wine was the desired consistency achieved. The ratio of cheese to taste was not right and there was a lot of binding agent in it. we had to season it with flavoring for the first time in our lives.

Very good and creamy .
Good consistency, nice and creamy, but much too mild! Suitable for beginners. But even then, it still needs a lot of tweaking with garlic, spices and possibly kirsch.
The first fondue where I thought it lacked salt.
To summarize: there are much better ones. Not a second time.

Excellent... every time I try another I'm disappointed. Economical too, as you don't have to open a bottle of white just for the fondue (you don't drink).
