What a load of cheese.
We bought the cheese yesterday. It smells normal, but something seems to be wrong. It tastes like plastic and somehow spoiled. We threw it away immediately to be on the safe side.
Purchased at the end of December 2025.

The 12 months curing really gives an intense flavor to the cheese
Much too expensive for its price. Prefer to buy in cheese shops or by the slice in the appropriate department.
