Delicate taste, airy texture. However, there is no indication that it contains alcohol. Only in the small print and you have to turn the product over, which could possibly change its appearance.
Very good, I use it regularly.
Unfortunately, it has a lot of alcohol in the biscuit, which prevents me from tasting the actual flavor of the tiramisu.
I won't be buying it again.
