My weakness is buttering Swedish rolls with bitter orange jam. So I'm careful, otherwise there have been several occasions when I've finished off the 100GR completely without even paying attention, even though I know exactly how much is needed for a balanced taste. It's certainly the only delicacy I have trouble controlling, especially as this dirty butter is excellent.
