Super cream, without gut-damaging carageenan like all non-organic varieties! If it thickens, simply shake vigorously. Even days after the best-before date, it is still not sour and 100% edible!
the only cream that does not contain E407 carrageenan - everywhere else this has been "built in", which is a shame
Actually great but unfortunately often close to the use-by date when purchased.
