It keeps well and it's the only one, [except for Gruyère, but it can't stand the cold break and the hors data is too small for me, which I like the taste of. Perfect for Milks, cereal-based preparations like bircher, pudding, caetera ... Sometimes there are discounts [rare] not to be missed. Once opened, it must be consumed within a few days, otherwise it spins and must be stored upright in the fridge, otherwise it leaks, the cap not being strong enough to close it properly. But since I can finish it in 3 days at most, it's not really a problem for me, except the first time I realized it.
