It tastes wonderfully fresh.
I don't need very much, so it would be good if it came in half-liter cartons.
High-pasteurized milk has a long shelf life without any loss of quality. In contrast, I find UHT milk unpalatable, and regular pasteurized milk spoils quickly when you only need to use a little.
