One star deduction because the cottage cheese is a little too compact and too sour for me. Basically, it's great if the grains don't float in a liquid, but a little creamier wouldn't be bad either.

By far the best cottage cheese. So fine-grained and with a slight salty note. The 200 gram size is also ideal.
