I prefer organic eggs for ethical reasons. I can't do without eggs completely. Taste good, shell clean (apart from a few small feathers, but not annoying) with a few exceptions intact (look in the carton before buying).
Organic eggs, they are the best. So many good things I make! From eggnog to omelets and desserts, everything, I couldn't do without them.
