I found the barrettas quite tasty. They become nice and crispy in the oven, but remain juicy on top. The ratio of sauce, cheese, and tomatoes is just right. Only the seasoning is a little too subtle. I had to add salt and pepper.

The tomatoes have hardly any flavor and the dough and cheese taste bad. Despite additional salt and pepper, not a good pizza baguette.
