You can really taste the half-and-half cheese.

Fondue ? The filling tastes most like the cornflour paste used to thicken the fondue.
Unfortunately, the cookies were not to our taste at all. The cheese is not fondue cheese and has a strange consistency - a shame ☹️
Much finer than those with "normal" cheese. Quick to prepare.
