The bad review doesn't concern the very good quality of this ice cream, but I recently had a bad experience at Migros Planète Charmilles. Although I wanted to buy this product, there were only 4 left on the shelf and the cups were all smashed all around. I asked an employee if there were any more in stock, or if they could sell them to me at a reduced price, and received an emphatic NO. I found this decision inappropriate and inadequate. I received the same answer at customer service, as the person in question had spoken to the same employee.

The taste evokes a creamy caramel glaze. In order to get it, I'd have to go to an MM store rather than the local Migros, which would involve an unappreciated race against the clock, unless I took along packaging suitable for deep-freezing, potentially to the detriment of other more essential foodstuffs. So my choice was quickly made. I haven't tasted any for months. Fortunately, there's still chocolate and, in its absence, coffee. I'm lucky that its aroma isn't too strong, as I don't enjoy coffee desserts. All in all, I find it hard to understand why I can't manage a fair assortment?
