It looks pretty, but that's about it. You have to like the crunch with the thin layers of icing. A meringue as an intermediate layer would be far more sophisticated but probably difficult to make in terms of the process and more expensive. I also missed any noteworthy fruity ingredients. Berries around 5% and a tiny bit of berry juice... I mean, 2%. Not my taste.
