I reuse it many times, so I make a point of washing and disinfecting it regularly, turning it inside out. In summer, it's easier to dry it in the sun.
To use it only once would be a real waste and very harmful to the planet. I also fill it with heavy items, even if they're not refrigerated, as the bag is very sturdy and doesn't take up much space.
