A very delicate strudel. Unfortunately, sometimes part of the strudel has a fishy taste. That puts us off our appetite. But since there is no other strudel like it on the market, we still make it once a month, even if it means throwing some of it away because of the fishy taste.

I find that the quality has gone way down, the taste is not good, the cubes of ham are hard and high in fat, the bottom pastry is not cooked properly, in short I wouldn't use it again.
There was a leek version a long time ago that was delicious.

If it says strudel, there should also be strudel dough around it. Pastry base recommendation: bake on a rack
For a quick dinner with salad, this is very good for the price and taste.
