The profiteroles with cream filling are simply delicious. The pastry is airy, light and perfectly baked, while the cream filling is creamy, fresh and sweet - not too overpowering. The combination of delicate pastry and rich filling harmonizes very well and makes every portion a delight. I particularly like the fact that they look fresh and are suitable both as an after-dinner dessert and as a snack between meals. The packaging protects the profiteroles well so that they arrive undamaged. I would definitely buy them again and can recommend them to anyone who loves classic French desserts.
I like the taste and so on, but after just one or two, my mouth feels like it's covered in a stubborn layer of oil (I don't know how else to describe it).
I haven't experienced this with other brands. It's supposed to be just puff pastry with cream.
The classics. It's a shame that the Schoggi Mini Windy's have been taken out of the range, but the Classic are also very tasty.
Easy , just let defrost and serve , with melt chocolate over or icing sugar
