The organic coconut milk from Alnatura tastes excellent and has a very good consistency. However, it can sometimes happen that the milk is slightly flaky even after a good shake. What helps, and is a virtually safe method to prevent this, is to warm the can carefully in a water bath (~30°C) and then shake it really well.
We like to use the milk in curry, but also in pumpkin soup. However, I have to admit that some of it is spooned straight into the soup.
