My miracle seasoning for adding umami to a dish. A brilliant alternative to soy sauces. It's great that "Yondu" can now be found in the M range!
This product is a nugget 💎 it enhances the flavor of all Asian (or non-Asian) dishes, soups and stews, without spiciness (a spicy version is also available). Long-lasting, as only a small amount is needed. Can be used like soy sauce, but with more flavor. Organic, gluten-free and vegan. Up to now, I've been ordering it on the net, so I'm delighted that Migros offers it 🤗
