Well... exactly the same as normal coconut milk, simply diluted with water and then marketed as "light". You can also mix it up cheaper yourself at home.

Not too greasy. Great for Asian cuisine. Not so cheap.
The flavor is good but the liquid part separates a lot from the solid part and even shaking it well it does not mix evenly. This creates a problem when you don't have to use a whole brick .
