I haven't opened them yet - but I think they are the replacement for the thai noodles... couldn't find them anymore and then switched to these
Good quality, good value and very well packaged.
It is very helpful to rinse the noodles well after cooking until the water is practically clear. Otherwise they will stick together and it is practically impossible to mix them with the other ingredients in a stir fry.
