Wooow! I was expecting something else, as I'm sure others were, namely sweet and sour. But it doesn't say anything about sweet. I really like the courgettes as they are now. I didn't get the feeling that the vegetables were mushy. Good spicy curry flavor. And thank you, I have rarely opened a jar so easily.
