Contrary to what is described, this can of sardines contains good olive oil, and the sardines have skin and bones (unlike the same brand, but with cardboard packaging), giving them real flavor and high vitamin content. The brand is that of a traditional Portuguese cannery, using good old-fashioned methods. The design must have been the same for at least 200 years, except that to open it, there's no need for a can opener; just pull on a ring that lifts the whole thing. The important thing is the contents. And each unit doesn't cost too much, whereas right next door there are cans of sardines that cost almost twice as much and have no value whatsoever.
