This delicacy is produced by a small family business that grows vegetables in accordance with the seasons and in a local way, taking charge of every stage from seed to jar, all without using any treatments. Admittedly, the price is a little high, but for a quality product and fair remuneration and transparency in production.
Let's hope that other companies can follow suit, so that this type of product becomes accessible to a wider public, and is no longer considered a niche product. In the meantime, if you can indulge yourself from time to time, and prefer quality to quantity, you can go for it with your eyes closed!
