The consistency is very good, but it tastes very artificial.
It's not bad, but when you see in the ingredients bamboo plant fiber and tapioca starch, it's too "doctored" for my taste, despite the marketing that emphasizes authenticity... ;O) Compare with Garofalo's to see the differences...
