It's very average, after that it doesn't say where this honey comes from...? It tastes a bit strange and so sweet that I had a hard time knowing if it was real honey. In fact, it's not particularly exceptional and, above all, it doesn't give me the energy I'm used to getting every morning by drinking 500 ml of water with half a jar. This morning, it didn't give me the energy to feel in shape. I'll stop buying it again. Once is enough.
Inexpensive organic honey. I prefer a firm consistency, but it's quite ok. Not a great honey, but good for sweetening tea.
