I find the product has an unpleasant sour taste.
Good consistency, like meat, neutral taste, high in protein!
A good alternative to minced meat with macaroni, carrots, and celery. Softer to chew than meat.
It has a strong (acquired) taste and a slightly rubbery consistency. But it's edible in a Bolognese sauce. I wouldn't use it for wraps or anything like that, though.
The best vegan ground meat for my taste.
