Unfortunately, I can't detect any meat-like taste, but there is a strange sour taste.
The product is good to eat with sauce, as it then only serves as a sauce carrier and the taste is masked.
So perhaps in terms of nutritional values it is a substitute for meat, and perhaps an interesting product for people for whom meat is out of the question in the first place - but unfortunately not a solution for me to fulfill my desire for the "real steak taste" in a vegetarian way.
really excellent, the taste, the texture, everything is there. i buy it regularly.
