Quorn is completely indigestible. Even if it tastes good, it's not worth suffering from intestinal problems afterwards.

Grinded a little coarse, spongy, I tried to make a ragout out of it, but you don't really fall for it (well, maybe the typical zucchini that puts ketchup on spaghetti or calls bolognese that stuff from the cafeteria at the ski slopes sa fall for it)

The only negative is that some of the pieces are too big. Minim smaller & it would be optimal.

I've been using it for decades. In the SpagBol, nobody notices that it's not a real Ghackets. What I don't appreciate, however, is the packaging material; very thick plastic tray, even though Migros have reduced the amount of plastic in various packaging.
Really delicious once in a shepherd's pie or bolognese sauce. Tender
