Our schnitzel taste favorite! Quick to make and meatless for a change - it fits well into our everyday lives.
I made the schnitzels on the grill. Unfortunately, I didn't leave them on for long enough so they were only lukewarm. The mozzarella and pesto filling is harmonious. The herb flavor is not too dominant. The schnitzel has a soft consistency. Very tasty overall.
