Too "eggy," much too dry, too rubbery and artificial. You can't taste the cheese and herbs....
Too bad, our curiosity was not rewarded.

They taste excellent!
Good, but doesn't smell enough like cheese. I bake it in the oven and halfway through cooking add a slice of goat's raclette cheese on top.
A pleasant surprise! I really enjoyed it. Aromatic and a good protein addition to a meal.
